Boosie Network is committed to providing a platform that showcases authentic, original, and culturally significant content. All content published on the Platform by Boosie Network, featured artists, and label partners is curated to meet our quality and community standards.

2. Copyright and Ownership

2.1 Platform Content

All videos, music, artwork, graphics, and other content produced by or for Boosie Network / Bad Azz Music Syndicate is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public performance of this content is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Artist and Label Content

Content provided by featured artists, labels, and partners is published on the Platform under license. The respective rights holders retain ownership of their content. Boosie Network respects the intellectual property of all creators.

2.3 DMCA Compliance

Boosie Network complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to dmca@boosienetwork.com with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it on the Platform

• Termination of partnership or licensing agreements
