1. Scope and Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to boosienetwork.com, Boosie Network accounts, video activity, one-time video purchases, memberships, merchandise orders, auditions, and contact forms operated by Boosie Network / Bad Azz Music Syndicate. It does not govern a third party's own website or service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account and profile information

We collect information you provide when creating or updating an account, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, membership tier, communication preferences, and account status. If you use Google sign-in, we receive the account identifiers and profile details Google makes available for authentication. We use passwordless email links and Google sign-in; we do not ask you to create a Boosie Network password.

2.2 Phone verification and rewards

If you choose phone verification, we process your phone number to send a one-time code, confirm eligibility, prevent duplicate or abusive reward claims, and record redemption status. Verification does not enroll you in promotional text messages.

2.3 Membership, purchase, and order information

Stripe collects payment-card and billing information directly. Boosie Network does not store full card numbers or card security codes. We receive and retain transaction details needed to provide service, such as Stripe customer, subscription, payment, and checkout references; product or video purchased; price, currency, payment and refund status; and relevant timestamps. For merchandise, we also receive the name, email, phone number, shipping address, items, size or variant, shipping amount, and fulfillment status needed to complete the order.

2.4 Viewing, device, and site-use information

Depending on the feature and your privacy choice, this can include:

• Videos viewed, playback activity, watch progress, and viewing time
• Pages visited, buttons or features used, referral information, and session activity
• Browser, device, operating system, screen size, IP address, and approximate location
• Security events, service performance, and privacy-reduced error diagnostics

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you allow optional analytics. Advertising storage and ad-personalization signals are disabled in our site configuration. Sentry may process limited operational diagnostics when an error occurs; we disable Sentry session replay, default personal-information collection, request headers, cookies, bodies, and URL query strings.

2.5 Auditions, inquiries, and other submissions

A talent-show audition can include participant and guardian contact details, date of birth, address, emergency contact, talent and performance information, media, signatures, and selected release permissions. A contact inquiry can include your name, contact information, organization, role, inquiry type, subject, and message. These records are private operational records and are not displayed on public member profiles.

2.6 Marketing preferences

If you affirmatively request release news or promotional updates, we record that choice and related subscription or unsubscribe timestamps. Declining marketing does not stop essential account, payment, order, security, or service messages.

3. How We Use Information

• Create, authenticate, secure, support, and administer accounts
• Provide video access, remember watch progress, and enforce content entitlements
• Process memberships, video purchases, merchandise orders, refunds, and fulfillment
• Send requested sign-in links, verification codes, receipts, and service notices
• Administer auditions, releases, rewards, and contact inquiries
• Send promotional email only when the recipient has opted in
• Measure and improve performance and usability when optional analytics is allowed
• Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms
• Maintain business records and comply with legal obligations

4. When We Disclose Information

We disclose only the information reasonably needed for the purposes described above to vendors acting for us, including:

• Supabase — authentication, account data, databases, and file storage
• Stripe — memberships, checkout, payment processing, fraud prevention, and billing support
• Mux — video hosting, secure playback, and delivery performance
• Resend — transactional and opted-in email delivery
• Twilio — requested phone-verification messages
• Sentry — privacy-reduced error and performance diagnostics
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — optional site analytics after consent

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate fraud or security issues, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of all or part of the business with appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information for money.

5. Cookies, Local Storage, and Privacy Choices

Boosie Network uses the following browser storage:

• Essential authentication and security storage keeps you signed in, protects restricted pages, and supports secure checkout.
• Functional local storage remembers choices such as saved drafts, selected admin sections, dismissed notices, and your analytics preference.
• Optional analytics storage is used by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only after you select “Allow analytics.”

You may decline optional analytics without losing access to Boosie Network. Use the “Privacy choices” control at the edge of the site to change your selection later. We also treat an enabled Global Privacy Control signal as a decision to decline optional analytics unless you later choose otherwise.

6. Retention and Security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this policy. The period depends on the record: account and watch data generally lasts while the account remains active; payment, order, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, reward, audition-release, and business-inquiry records may need to remain longer for operational or legal reasons. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it as appropriate.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, signed webhooks, restricted administrative areas, and secure service providers. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Request access to or a portable copy of your personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion, subject to legal and operational exceptions
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent for optional analytics or promotional email
• Appeal a decision where applicable law provides that right

You can update marketing preferences from your profile or use the unsubscribe link in promotional email. For other requests, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority.

8. Children's Privacy

Boosie Network and its online forms are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Participants ages 13 through 17 must have parent or guardian permission where the audition process requires it. If you believe a child under 13 submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised policy and update the date above. When required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before applying a materially different use of personal information.
