Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Boosie Network (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Boosie Network, operated by Bad Azz Music Syndicate.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password and account credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have a parent or guardian's consent.

3. Memberships, Film Purchases, and Payments

3.1 Fan Accounts

A Fan account is free and provides access to select free content. Fan members may also purchase eligible films individually. Creating a Fan account does not start a paid membership or recurring charge.

3.2 Family and Insider Memberships

Family and Insider are paid memberships with different content access and member benefits. Paid memberships are offered on annual and quarterly billing cycles. If a monthly equivalent is shown for comparison, it is not a monthly billing option; your payment method is charged the full annual or quarterly amount displayed at checkout.

Your paid membership begins after successful payment and automatically renews at the end of each selected billing period until canceled. The membership level, billing period, total charge, and included benefits shown at checkout are part of your purchase.

3.3 One-Time Film Purchases

An eligible signed-in member may buy certain films separately. A one-time film purchase is charged once and does not renew. It gives the purchasing account a limited right to stream that film through the Platform; it does not transfer ownership of the film or include a download.

Current standard one-time prices for Fan members are:

  • Waterboyz — $9.99
  • Where's MJ — $12.99
  • No Honor Loyalty or Love — $14.99
  • Twins — $17.99
  • Lil Saints — $14.99
  • One Day To Live — $14.99

Family members must separately purchase Twins, Lil Saints, or One Day To Live to stream those titles. The Family member prices are $12.99 for Twins, $9.99 for Lil Saints, and $9.99 for One Day To Live. Insider members may stream all three titles without an additional film purchase while their Insider membership is active. The price and eligibility shown to you at checkout control if an offer changes.

3.4 Preorders and Release Access

Twins, Lil Saints, and One Day To Live may be preordered before release. A preorder is charged when it is placed, but the film cannot be streamed before its release. Twins is scheduled for August 22, 2026, Lil Saints for August 24, 2026, and One Day To Live for August 27, 2026. Each film is scheduled to become available at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on its release date. Buying a preorder does not provide early viewing access.

3.5 Cancellation

You may cancel a paid membership at any time through your account settings or the available billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and membership access continues until then. One-time film purchases do not renew and are not canceled when a membership ends.

3.6 Refunds, Disputes, and Failed Payments

Membership and one-time film charges are non-refundable except as required by law or where a different refund policy is shown at purchase. We do not provide partial refunds for a membership canceled during a paid billing period. A failed membership payment may suspend paid benefits. A full refund or payment dispute may suspend or remove access tied to that payment; access may be restored if the payment is later confirmed as valid.

3.7 Payment Processing and Taxes

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By completing checkout, you authorize the displayed charge and, for a paid membership, future renewal charges on the selected billing cycle. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be shown before you confirm payment.

3.8 Price Changes

We may change membership or one-time purchase prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before a membership price change applies to a future renewal. Changes to one-time prices apply only to purchases made after the new price is displayed and do not change a completed purchase.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Content

All content available on Boosie Network, including but not limited to videos, music, images, graphics, logos, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to Boosie Network / Bad Azz Music Syndicate and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream and view content on the Platform for personal, non-commercial use. A membership or one-time film purchase provides access under this license and does not transfer ownership of any content to you. You may not:

  • Download, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the Platform
  • Record, rip, or capture streams or videos
  • Use content for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any content

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account
  • Attempt to circumvent any security features, access controls, or geographic restrictions
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access or collect data from the Platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform, its servers, or networks
  • Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately
  • We may delete your account and all associated data
  • Any outstanding subscription fees remain payable
  • Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BOOSIE NETWORK / BAD AZZ MUSIC SYNDICATE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100) if you have not made any payments.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boosie Network / Bad Azz Music Syndicate from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform.
